Beach

Three beautiful beaches are available for use by the Windemere and White’s Bridge Association members and their guests.

The beach area features spectacular views of Sebago Lake, a covered gazebo, picnic table, community beach chairs, amazing summer sunsets, views of Mount Washington, great swimming, and a swim float. The swim areas are protected by buoys and swim lines all summer for the safety of all swimmers.

This laid-back hideaway, only steps from your front door, will inspire you to get away from it all.

Members can reserve one of the three beaches for private events by contacting Jennifer Richard at   jennilee_23@yahoo.com

Kayak and Canoe Storage

There are 32 kayak/canoe rack spaces available for storage of units from May through late October for members of both Associations.

Marina

The White’s Bridge Owners Association manages 20 boat slips, 11 of which are permanently allocated to the Windemere Owners Association. In addition, it has been agreed that if some of the nine slips assigned to the White’s Bridge Association will not be used by condo owners in a given year, those excess slips (referred to as temporary slips) will be offered to Windemere owners whose names are on the Windemere boat assignment request list.

Windemere slip assignments will be made in order of seniority as determined by the closing date of the purchase of the house, not the purchase of the lot. Those who are assigned to the 11 permanent slips will retain their slips year to year (assuming dues are paid on time) regardless of the seniority of other Windemere homeowners who subsequently request slips.

The temporary slips will be assigned each year based on the seniority of those requesting slips.

If a permanent slip holder moves away or opts not to use a slip, it becomes available as a permanent slip to the most senior homeowners whose names are on the request list. Slips are not transferrable upon the sale of a Windemere home. They are the property of the White’s Bridge Owners Association and will revert back to the Windemere Home Owner’s Association, for reassignment.

Tennis Courts

The two tennis courts in the Windemere neighborhood are a wonderful way to exercise and have fun, and are here for the enjoyment of Windemere and White’s Bridge families and their guests. The court area features a backboard for hitting and improving your game. One of the courts is also lined for pickleball.
